Producer

Manage multiple game projects through design, planning, production, testing, and release within given deadlines

• Plan sprints, estimate tasks, and communicate daily with team members and/or management to align targets, anticipate potential issues, and address issues and dependencies
• Facilitate task management and team allocation (maintain task lists, backlogs, future plans, and communicate deadlines); use Trello to track progress and Google Sheets to generate reports
• Check progress reports daily
• Work with game designer to set up and update store pages (Google Play/App Store) during releases

Facilitate team meetings and coordination

• Set an agenda, keep the meeting on track, assure that team is aligned
• Take comprehensive meeting notes then distribute them to the appropriate team members after the meeting
• Lead daily stand-up meetings

Establish work flow to increase efficiency across departments and among team members

• Conduct sprint reviews and improve work flows by developing methodologies and setting standards
• Evaluate team member performance; prepare and revise (as needed) performance management forms

Communicate with third-party companies on behalf of Monstronauts

Facilitate team communication

• Relay weekly production updates and release schedules
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Gather data and metrics
• Create reports from consolidated data

Track project costs and third-party bills

• At least two (2) years of experience in project management
• Understands the fundamentals of project management: scope, budget (time and manpower), and cost
• Able to create and organize project documentation using G Suite; knowledge of formulas, ability to understand and edit existing files, and ability to create own tools when needed
• Able to self-manage and work independently, and allocate own tasks and responsibilities
• Proactive and action-oriented, adapts quickly depending on situations and challenges
• Background in Art or Programming is a plus
