About the Role:

Monstronauts is seeking a results-driven User Acquisition Marketer to join our team and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting and converting new users through data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns using data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid advertising budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Create and optimize landing pages to improve user engagement and conversion rates
  • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to optimize the user acquisition funnel
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to acquire high-quality users
  • Support product marketing initiatives by identifying and targeting key user segments while working with other teams
  • Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates, enhancing the overall product experience
  • Test and iterate on campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs


Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of running successful user acquisition campaigns with measurable results
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, customer journey mapping, and market trends
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies to stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and experimentation approach

About the Role:

Monstronauts is seeking a Community Management Intern to serve as the vital bridge between our player community and internal development teams. This role involves meaningful engagement with players across multiple online platforms, gathering and synthesizing community feedback and expanding our audience base.

The ideal candidate will foster authentic relationships within our Monstronauts community, manage multi-channel communication, and provide valuable insights that directly influence our product development priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Management

  • Monitor and respond to player inquiries, questions, and feedback across multiple platforms including Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Steam, Reddit, and official forums
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our player community and internal development teams
  • Engage with community members on a daily basis, fostering positive interactions and building strong relationships

Research & Strategy Support

  • Research community events, conventions, and outreach opportunities to expand our presence
  • Identify trending topics, pain points, and opportunities within the community landscape
  • Support the development and implementation of community outreach strategies

Feedback & Documentation

  • Collaborate with the support team to compile comprehensive feedback reports
  • Translate community sentiment and requests into actionable insights for development teams
  • Help prioritize development initiatives based on community needs and engagement data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging and community communication
  • Coordinate with Publishing and Marketing teams on community-focused campaigns and initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings to advocate for player perspectives

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating on camera when needed
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Passionate about gaming and building positive online communities

Plus Points

  • Active content creator or streamer, or comfortable with going on camera
  • Previous experience in community management, customer support, or social media management
  • Familiarity with gaming communities and player engagement best practices, especially for casual mobile games
  • Understanding of player sentiment analysis and community feedback loops
  • Portfolio demonstrating writing samples or community engagement work
