About the Role:

Monstronauts is seeking a talented QA Analyst to ensure exceptional gaming experiences for players worldwide. In this role, QA Analyst will lead the testing and troubleshooting of our mobile games, analyzing gameplay and providing actionable insights to optimize performance, functionality, and user engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts for automated testing functions.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and other issues using bug-tracking tools.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure resolved issues do not introduce new problems.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on game design and requirements.
• Analyze user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to ensure alignment with player expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of bugs, test results, and testing progress.
• Test games across multiple devices, platforms, and operating systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles for mobile games.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both manual testing and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate QA teams.
• Ability to ensure accuracy and high quality in test scripts and results.
• Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and improving testing processes.
